Cal Dimoni

Cal Dimoni has been open for more than 55 years and is an emblematic establishment in the Pla de Mallorca region. It offers Majorcan cuisine in a cosy and relaxed environment. The menu includes typical dishes, such as Majorcan sopes (vegetables with bread soaked in broth), arròs brut (literally “dirty” rice in broth with meat), paella, char-grilled meats, frit mallorquí (fried vegetables with offal, meat or fish), snails and tripe. Its best-known desserts are its brossat (fresh cheese) cheesecake, gató (Majorcan almond cake) with almond ice cream and dried figs with almonds. Also of note, is its famous herb liqueur.
