The large bedroom measures 22 m2, is very comfortable and has direct access to the garden, a king size bed with a top range mattress, en suite bathroom and TV. There is a lounge with a fireplace and satellite TV for European channels and another sitting room that opens on to the outdoor terrace, which also has a folding bed. The Majorcan style kitchen is fully fitted with all household appliances (dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave oven, toaster, coffee and tea makers). The cutlery and crockery is high quality and all facilities have been rated exceptional by our clients. We provide bathroom and pool towels and natural cotton bedding, all laundered weekly. The outdoor area has a terrace and verandah, a solarium on the upper deck, a poolside area with sunbeds, easy chairs and side tables, a portable barbecue, a garden with many mature trees and a 2000 m2 lawn and village views. CASA S’ERA is a 120 m2 house which is over 150 years old, tastefully refurbished and converted into a lovely Majorcan country home. It is exquisitely decorated with restored Majorcan rustic furniture and comfort is paramount: top range latex mattresses, natural cotton sheets, air conditioning throughout, satellite TV in the lounge and bedroom, jacuzzi bathtub, kitchen equipped with high quality tableware and many household appliances including a dishwasher.
The private garden measuring over 5000 square metres includes a 10 × 5 pool, a verandah with sunbeds and easy chairs, lawn, mature trees and a portable barbecue.
